Find the real problem
I start with the user, the outcome, and the constraints. Then I turn those into journeys, requirements, workflow logic, and acceptance criteria.
About Miles Greer

Let’s talk
At Pace Communications
I lead complex digital programs across enterprise automotive, technology, healthcare, financial services, and multi-location consumer work. That includes platform migrations, MarTech integration planning, editorial operations, and website enhancements.
My responsibility is to connect scope, estimates, sequencing, and dependencies with clear client decisions. I bring strategy, creative, development, analytics, MarTech, and project management together, while keeping executive stakeholders informed.
I also build and pilot practical AI-enabled tools and workflows for resource planning, content audits, governance, and recurring reporting. Source evidence, human review, and testing are part of the work.

How I work
I start with the user, the outcome, and the constraints. Then I turn those into journeys, requirements, workflow logic, and acceptance criteria.
I use Claude and Codex as development environments, coordinating specialized workstreams while owning integration, decisions, and final quality.
I check behavior, visual quality, performance, and edge cases. Feedback becomes concrete improvements, with usability, privacy, cost, and maintenance in mind.
The path here
Dec 2016–Jun 2023
I advanced from inside sales to client services and account management leadership. I ultimately supervised eight account managers serving 3,200 SaaS accounts, working across customer success, retention, training, and digital campaigns.
Sales and client service across real estate, insurance, and telecommunications gave me a practical grounding in listening, explaining, and earning trust.

The next conversation
I’m interested in applied AI, product operations, and program leadership where clear thinking and hands-on execution make a difference.
